2023 NFL playoff schedule, bracket: Dates, times, TV, streaming for every round of NFC and AFC postseason

After a wild season, the NFL playoffs are finally here. If you like rematches, you’ll love what the NFL has in store for the Super Wild Card Weekend starting Saturday.

A rematch from the regular season was held in all six games from the opening game, It’s just the fifth since the 1970 merger of the NFL and AFL. All rematches will be played in the opening round. Prior to this year, the last time it happened was in 2009.

This year will see familiar faces like Halo, Tom Brady and Patrick Mahomes, but also three teams making the playoffs for the first time in years. jaguar (2017), giants (2016) and Dolphin (2016) All are on their first post-season trip in at least five years.

Super Wildcard Weekend

Saturday, January 14th

  • (7) Dolphins at (2) Bills (-10), 1pm (CBS, Streaming) Paramount+). These two teams split the season series, with each team winning at home, but it’s worth remembering that both games ended with three points or less. The big question here is who will be the starting quarterback for the Dolphins. Both Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) and Teddy Bridgewater (finger) are now banged up. If they can’t go, Skyler Thompson will start.
  • (6) (3) Giant vikings (-3), 4:30 PM ET (Fox, streaming Hubo TV). The duo played one of the wildest games of the season on Christmas Eve. This matchup was not decided until Greg Joseph scored his goal on the final play as he fielded 61 yards. This will be his first home playoff game for Minnesota since his Minneapolis miracle in January 2018.
  • (6) ravens (3) Bengals (-6.5) 8:15pm ET (NBC, streaming Hubo TV). It’s not clear if Lamar Jackson (knee) will play on Sunday, but even if he does, it would be his first action in six weeks if he’s on the field. Jackson led the Ravens to a 19-17 victory over the Bengals in Week 5, but the Bengals won 27-16 in Week 18 to earn a season-series division.

Monday 16th January

  • (5) Cowboys at (4) Buccaneers (+3) 8:15 p.m. ET (ABC/ESPN, streaming Hubo TV). The Cowboys have to do something they’ve never done before to advance to the divisional round. To beat Tom Brady. The Cowboys are always 0-7 against the Buccaneers QB, including a Week 1 loss in which Tampa Bay beat Dallas 19-3.

Saturday 21st January and Sunday 22nd January

NFC

  • (1) Eagles Giants/Buccaneers/Cowboys
  • (2) 49ers Vikings/Buccaneers/Cowboys

If the Giants beat the Vikings on Sunday, they would face the Eagles and the 49ers would host the Cowboys-Buccaneers winner. If the Vikings win, they will face the 49ers, and the Eagles will face the winner of the Cowboys-Buccaneers. The team that hosts the Cowboys-Buccaneers winner will definitely play on Sunday, January 22nd.
