BULLDOGS WELCOME FIELD AND ROBINSON AS ADDITIONS TO MARKETING & CREATIVE SERVICES

The University of Minnesota Duluth announced the following additions: Dairon Field (Director of Bulldog Productions) and Jesse Robinson (Assistant Athletic Director of Marketing and Events) to the Bulldog Sports Property team. The Bulldog Sports Properties team oversees all aspects of marketing, events, promotions, advertising, sponsorships, social media, websites, digital media, creative services, public relations and communications.

Dairon Field In his second stint with UMD Athletic, he will serve as Director of Bulldog Productions. Field is responsible for live streaming, broadcasting, social media strategy, creating videos and graphics for YouTube, as well as video boards inside Maroski Stadium, AMSOIL Arena, Romano He Gym. Field played a similar role in USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program and he spent two years at the USA Hockey Arena before returning to his country with the Bulldogs. He broadcast his games home of Team USA on his HockeyTV on local television, along with a video board inside the venue. Field also worked on creative social media content such as Highlights, Beyond the Stars & Stripes. Prior to joining USA Hockey, he spent a year at Elon University as Director of Athletics Video Production. He worked with his School of Communications & Teaching and Learning Technologies to oversee his team of 40+ students producing Live He Elon Athletic Events at FloSports. Other duties included videoboard creating/managing his graphics, creative his videos, features, and game streams. Field graduated in 2018 with a BA in Sports Communication from the University of Iowa. While at the UIU, he spent his four years volunteering at the Sports Information Office, helping maintain the Peacocks’ social media his platform, creating videos, graphics, and serving as a producer for 2018. NCAA Division II Wrestling he won the National Championship. On match days, he helped set up streams, set up and tear down facilities, football in venues.

Jesse Robinson Joined Bulldogs as Assistant Athletic Director of Marketing and Events. Robinson will oversee all aspects of Bulldogs event management, marketing, promotions, advertising and creative/marketing services (website, social media and public relations). He spent his fourteen years before that at St. Scholastica. Robinson has redesigned his CSS athletics website many times and out of his 22 sports on CSS he has integrated 12 of his live streaming videos. He has covered his 47 NCAA tournament teams and 58 NCAA qualifiers. He has hosted 18 double-elimination baseball/softball UMAC tournaments, plus 88 conference tournaments/playoffs his games/competitions/matches. In 2018, he was the director of the NCAA Division III Midwest Baseball at Wade Stadium for the Regional Media He Relations. This is the first time the St. His Scholastica has hosted his NCAA postseason event. Robinson was also the Official Statistics Keeper for the 2013 NCAA Division III Women’s Hockey Final Four in Superior, Wisconsin and the 2015 NCAA Division III Men’s Hockey Final Four in Minneapolis. Robinson, a member of the American Collegiate Sports Information Director (CoSIDA). Robinson was also a founding member and chair of the CSS Athletics Hall of Fame and the Saints Sports Awards Committee. The Saints Sports Awards were established in 2013 to honor the achievements of his St. Scholastica student-athletes throughout the year. Before he joined CSS in the summer of 2008, Robinson served as interim SID at the University of Wisconsin Stevens, where he was at Point, from October 2007 until he was June 2008. Region for Women’s Basketball Tournament. A native of Kewanee, Wisconsin, Robinson graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in May 2007 with a BA in Broadcast Journalism.
