$3.1 billion director worked with Michael Jordan in the 90s before becoming famous!

Zack Snyder and Michael Jolan may be household names today, but the early ’90s were just getting started.

Every celebrity you know today was once a commoner. They all had to work their way up the ladder, and some had to work harder than others. This statement is especially true if you are an athlete or aspiring coach.

So what happens when a globally recognized face of the sport joins forces with a director known for his dark and gritty films?

The names in question are Michael Jordan and Zack Snyder respectively. Yes, read that MJ and Zach worked together. Who would have expected MJ and Zac to work together? Certainly not us millennials.

In today’s world, I couldn’t imagine MJ and Zack Snyder working together. Not a million years! Thirty years ago, however, the reality was very different.

In 1990, Zack was just starting his career. There is no better opportunity than starting a career with Michael in his short film with Jordan.

The film, aptly titled “Michael Jordan’s Playground,” contains various clips of MJ being MJ, and also tells a story about a young kid who looks up to him.

Who would have thought a collaboration between the two existed? Since then, Michael has won six NBA championships and is widely regarded as the greatest player of all time.

His namesake Jordan Brand is also the most coveted sneaker brand in the world. He’s NBA royalty. As for Zack Snyder, his movies have grossed him $3.1 billion worldwide. His most famous venture was his series Justice League, which came out in 2021.
