Another big name on this long list is Shaquille O’NealThe four-time NBA champion is a successful businessman, analyst, DJ and musician.
In fact, Shaq is known to dabble in the rap music genre. During his career, Big He Aristotle has released a total of four studio his albums, and he is the only athlete with a platinum record.

The Hall of Famer has had several celebrity collaborations on his albums. There was even a good friend of his who was an excellent feature of the late Notorious B.I.G. on his one of his albums.
I sometimes wonder if Shaquille O’Neal could have suffered the same fate as Biggie Smalls in 1997.
1997 was a sad year for rap. The rap fanatic was just trying to get over the loss of his Shakur from his last loss to Tupac, but lost another great to Biggie Smalls.
Biggie, also known as The Notorious BIG, is widely regarded as one of the greatest rappers of all time. He was also a close personal friend of Shaquille O’Neal’s other “Big Fella.”
In fact, the 7-foot Lakers icon was meant to attend an afterparty with Biggie the night he was murdered. It is a fact that sometimes makes me wonder if it has changed.
“I just fell asleep. A call from my mom woke me up around 4,” Shaq said. “She said, ‘Did you go to the party?’ I said, ‘No, what are you talking about?’ , I was like “What?” So I hung up with her and called some people and they told me what happened. “
