These are the 10 best DI women’s college basketball teams heading into this week, ranked by Autumn Johnson.

1. South Carolina (1) — The unbeatable Gamecocks are undefeated at the top, with three rank wins.
2. Stanford (2) — Stanford are solid in the second slot, with two ranked wins this season, including a 72-59 victory over Clayton.
3. Ohio (3) — The undefeated 13-0 Buckeyes are making a big splash in the Big Ten conference.
4. Indiana (4) — Another undefeated Big Ten team with prominent Ws against North Carolina and Tennessee.
5. Notre Dame (5) — The Fighting Irish are rocking after a 10-1 start led by guard Olivia Miles. Miles averaged 15.3 points, 8.2 rebounds and 7.6 assists.
6. Virginia Tech (6) — The Hawkeyes are currently on an excellent 11-1 record this season, with impressive wins in Quad 1. Their only loss of the season was against Notre Dame.
7. Ucon (7) — Despite numerous injuries, the Husky remains brave. Forward Aaliyah Edwards has scored his 20 or more points in each of the last three games, making him the dominant force in the team.
8. NC State (9) — Wolfpack put in a strong performance in the ACC’s meeting with Clemson last week, winning 77-59.

9.UCLA (10) — UCLA’s 12-1 record moves the team up one spot this week. The Bruins’ only loss was to South Carolina in a game decided in single digits.
10.LSU (9) — LSU returned to the Power 10 this week with a 32-point win over Oregon State. This win proved that the Tigers can beat the Power Five program.
