No. 9 Arkansas fell just short of No. 10 Clayton in one of their best early college basketball season games to date.

The Razorbacks scored well in a 90-87 loss to the Blue Jays, and while the young team’s efforts were lauded, college basketball luminaries reacted to the umpire.

Former Iowa Hawkeye and current NBA G League professional basketball player Jordan Bohannon called out the name of an official.

A college All-Big Ten performer, Bohannon didn’t stop there.

Even Arkansas Athletics director Hunter Yuracek joined in on the Twitter fun.

Other members of the basketball media, covering different teams in Arkansas and Clayton, or just covering the sport in general, thought the referees were inferior.
