College football bowl projections: Team eligibility tracker by conference for 2022-23 bowl games

CBS Sports will update this page weekly throughout the remainder of college football’s 2022 regular season. This is because more and more teams are qualifying for a bowl prior to the college football playoffs and the bowl selection process. An FBS team must win at least 6 wins with a minimum winning percentage of .500 to be officially bowl eligible.A total of 82 teams are required to fill all 41 bowl games. A team can only count his one win against his FCS opponent towards the total number of wins required to qualify for the Bowl.

After Week 9’s games, there are officially 36 bowl-qualified teams, with 46 spots still open.
