It was announced today that Nikola Jokić was selected as the MVP for the 2022 NBA season. By winning this year’s award, the Nuggets superstars have won consecutive MVPs.
He is arguably one of the biggest stars in the league. But the road to his glory has never been so easy. Joker was drafted as the 41st overall pick in the second round of 2014.
Interestingly, when the Nuggets chose him, a Taco Bell commercial was playing, and people watching the NBA Draft saw Jokić’s name appearing at the bottom of the screen.
