Stateboro, Georgia-Jack Findlay survived the bases loaded jam in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the final four outs, and Notre Dame defeated Texas Tech 2-1 on Sunday to beat Stateboro Regional.

Findley played in eighth place with two outs, two ons and a run-in after Alex Lao walked the only batter he faced in the batter of starter John Bertland (9-2). Findlay has defeated Owen Washburn to end the threat.
Parker Kelly scored one point for the Red Raiders (39-22) to face Findley in the ninth inning. Cooper Swanson walked and Kelly moved to third place with a flyout to Easton Murrell’s right fielder. Swanson stole second and Findley defeated Cole Stillwell 1-2 pitches to load the base, but Findley made his second save of the season and put third batter Jace Jung on the ground first. I robbed you.

Texas Tech scored when Murrell doubled with one out and scored with Jung’s two-out single.
Bertland worked in the first 72/3 innings at the University of Notre Dame. He allowed one run with nine hits and hit seven without a walk.
Florida 7, Oklahoma 2
Gainesville, Florida — Relief Carsten Finnvold settled the jam in the first inning and threw the equivalent of a complete game. Florida defeated Oklahoma 7-2 on Sunday to set up a showdown on Monday. Gainesville regional title.
Gator starter Timmy Manning hit the first batter, threw two wild pitches, and walked to the bottom of the first batter. Finnvold was relieved and got two popups and one flyout.
Finnvold finished the game and allowed 5 hits and 2 runs. Four of the hits came sixth when Sooners (39-21) drew the game 2-2. The 9 singles were erased by the double play at the end of the game.
BT Riopel scored a doubled Stalin Thompson and broke the tie in 7th place. Only two batters, Carson Atwood (2-4), lost.
Florida (42-23) started with Jud Fabian’s lead-off homer and added another four runs for the eighth time. Fabian also started scoring on his fourth home run, giving him 10 multihomer games in his career.
