Gators Receive No. 13 National Seed in NCAA Tournament

Participating in 13th seed Florida at Gainesville Regional are 2nd seed Oklahoma, 3rd seed Liberty, and 4th seed Central Michigan.

Gainesville, Florida-The University of Florida has been handed the 13th seed of the 2022 NCAA Baseball Tournament, as announced by the NCAA Selection Committee for ESPN2 on Monday.

Participating in the host program Florida at Gainesville Regional are 2nd seed Oklahoma, 3rd seed Liberty, and 4th seed Central Michigan. The Gator’s will be competing in Central Michigan on Friday night, June 3rd, at 6:30 pm ET on ESPN + in the second game of the day.

With the NCAA announcing a full 64 team bracket and pairing on Monday, Florida has gained its position in the NCAA Regional for the 37th time in program history. Overall, the 2022 campaign is Florida’s 18th NCAA Regional sponsorship and includes a second consecutive bid after hosting it during the opening season of the Condron Family Stadium last year.

From June 3rd to 6th, 64 teams will compete on 16 NCAA regional sites to determine 16 programs to advance to the NCAA Super Regional scheduled for June 10-13.

Game 1: 1:00 pm ET-Liberty vs. Oklahoma (ESPN +)
Game 2: 6:30 pm ET-Central Michigan vs Florida (ESPN +)

Saturday, June 4th

When you can order with the target person
May 29th and beyond: All Session Regional Passes can be ordered for all accounts with tickets for the 2022 baseball season.
After June 1st: The general public can order a regional pass for all sessions.
From June 2nd: You can buy tickets for single games.
Students: The first 200 students who participate in each game have free admission.
