Welsfeld spent the last three seasons under Bauerle as deputy head coach, mainly working in breaststroke and distance groups. Versfeld and Williams Moreno are both UGA alumni members, and Versfeld is competing with Dawgs in 2004-09 for Williams Moreno in 1998-2002. Moreno was a member of the Lady Bulldogs’ first three NCAA Championship winning teams in 1999, 2000 and 2001.
