NC State Women Return 3 NCAA Scorers as 5th Years This Upcoming Season

North Carolina State University women will play three times this season in their fifth year. Kylie Arons, Andrea PodomanikovaWhen Emma Maggie All will stay at North Carolina State University for five years.

This past season, Emma Maggie Earned 62 individual points in the 2022 ACC Championship. She finished 3rd with 200 backs (1: 50.62), 9th with 100 backs (51.82) and 13th with 200 IM (1: 57.00). In particular, her 100 backstroke was personally the best.

She continued to swim at the NCAA, finishing 7th with 200 backs (1: 51.18) and 13th with 100 backs (51.72). She also finished in 65th place with 200 IM (1: 59.63). Her last swim on the backstroke gave her a total of 16 individual points.

Prior to this past season, Muzzy was the ACC champion in the 2019, 2020, and 2021 200 backstrokes. Virginia’s Reilly Tiltmann outtouched Muzzy 0.13 at events this past season.

Kylie Arons He will return to North Carolina after scoring 79 points at 2022ACC, the team’s fourth-highest scorer. She finished A in all three individual events, finishing second in 100 flies (50.82), fourth in 100 backs (51.16) and fifth in 50 free (21.71).

She advanced to the NCAA, finishing 5th on the 100 fly (50.64), 8th on the 50 free (21.68) and 12th on the 100 free (47.68). She was the team’s third-highest scorer at the NCAA, earning 30 individual points.

In particular, Arons was the 50 Freestyle ACC Champion in both 2020 and 2021. She was also a member of the NCAA at North Carolina State University, winning 200 and 400 medley relays in 2021.

Andrea Podomanikova After earning 59 individual points in the 2022 ACC, return to North Carolina. She finished 3rd with 100 breasts (57.90), 5th with 200 breasts (2: 06.78) and 18th with 100 flies (52.81).

She advanced to the NCAA and finished 11th with 100 breasts (58.93) and 31st with 200 breasts (2: 09.49).

Podmanikova represented Slovakia by swimming 100 and 200 breaststrokes at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

She returned to Slovakia and told Swim Swam that she would be back in her fifth year. Since the additional year of qualification was announced, I knew it was what I wanted to take advantage of. After Braden gave me the opportunity to stay, I didn’t have to think twice. Being part of the North Carolina State University team here was such a privilege. I believe this team has already done a lot and could do even more. It’s really fun to get guidance from BB, Stef and Dinko. Podmanikova also told SwimSwam that he plans to major in psychology in addition to majoring in sports management.

The return of all three women will be a total of 200 individual points on the ACC. North Carolina State University finished second in the ACC with 1347 points. A Virginia woman won the conference title with 1418.5 points. In particular, Virginia had 0 points in the fifth year and North Carolina State University had 126 points.

At the NCAA level, the returns for all three women total 52 individual points. A woman from North Carolina State University scored 279 points at the NCAA, finishing fifth, just nine points behind fourth-placed Alabama.
