Minneapolis — Penn State University has done it again.
The No. 20 Nittany Lions left Minnesota with their second five-set victory over the Pac-12 team. 18 Oregon. Penn State and his first-year coach Katie Schumacher-Cauley are 8-0 after his three weekends of NCAA volleyball his season.
In the second game at the Maturi Pavillion, No. 11 Stanford overcame No. 3 Minnesota 25-20, 25-18, 22-25, 15-12, recovering from a loss to Penn State.
Penn State’s two wins and Stanford’s upset win may come as a surprise, but Colonial Athletic Association’s Towson finished seventh on Saturday. Pittsburgh was great.
The Tigers swept the Americans in the morning and upset Pittsburgh 25-12, 25-23, 16-25, 25-18 in the evening to improve to a nation-best 10-0 with two wins.
Late Saturday, No. 12 San Diego beat Utah by 5, and Hawaii pulled off a reverse sweep to beat USC.
I couldn’t get it all Hit almost every game since Saturday. All matches are still non-conference, so it’s difficult to categorize them, but we’ve grouped some of the major ones.
With 17 games to play on Sunday, No. 8 Ohio State and No. 5 Georgia Tech are the focus of attention.
Others include Milwaukee going across town to No. 23 Marquette and 7-0 Colorado taking on 6-1 Arkansas. Also Wake Forest in Texas, Auburn vs. North Florida, Miami (FL) vs. UNCW, Tech Tech vs. Rice, Oklahoma vs. Fresno State, UCF vs. UIC.

Anjeline Starck has 9 kills, 1 assist, 1 ace and 6 digs. Seleisa Elisaia had 4 kills, 41 assists, 11 digs and 3 blocks. Her team hit .226. Mady Vilinovic She recorded 22 digs, 5 assists and an ace.
Oregon is 4-2. 184, Brooks he had 16 kills from Nunebiler. 091 batting average, assists, 16 digs and 1 block. Mimi Colyer had 13 kills, 1 ace, 5 digs and 3 blocks and Gloria Mutiri had 12 kills, 27 attacks, 1 dig and 3 blocks with no errors. Colby Neal had 9 kills, a . 353 batting average, 7 blocks and 1 solo. Georgia Murphy recorded her 19 digs and his 5 assists. Aside from Mutiri and Neal, Oregon had her 39 kills and 25 errors…
Stanford’s Kendall Kipp led the Minnesota game with 17 kills, 3 aces, 3 blocks and 6 digs. Caitie Baird she had 12 kills, 2 aces, 2 blocks and 9 digs. Elia Rubin, VolleyballMag.com’s National High School Player of the Year, added 12 kills, 1 assist, 1 ace, 3 blocks and 11 digs. 102, he scored 15 kills from Brock and Taylor, who had 10 digs on his land fair.

PAC-12: In the first game, Utah beat Connecticut in a 4-man, 4-player run with 10 or more kills, and the Utes posted a .347. Madelyn Robinson had her 17 kills, a .341 batting average, an ace and nine digs. KJ Burgess recorded 10 kills with 15 swings and 7 blocks and 1 error on 2 solos. Robinson took the lead against San Diego where he had 13 kills and from Grace his Flor he got 16 kills. San Diego he had 2 aces and he had 5 blocks, 1 solo…Washington State improved to 8-1 with Fairleigh Dickinson’s sweep. ACC: Pittsburgh (7-2) was outblocked by Towson 16-3 and outpaced .224 from a .275 batting average. And Towson had eight service aces against his two in the pits. Morgahn Fingall had 23 errorless attacks, 5 aces, 2 digs, 4 blocks and 1 solo while he had 14 kills. Erykah Lovett has 13 kills, 9 digs and 3 blocks.
