At seven feet tall, Markkanen’s tremendous offensive capabilities make him a very interesting prospect. A versatile jump shooter, the freshman did most of his scoring in spot-up and pick-and-pop situations, but used his athleticism to attack closeouts, score on putbacks, and score in midrange.
