The UConn Women’s Basketball 2022-23 schedule has been officially announced. Husky’s slate is heavy on Gumpel’s matches in his pavilion, Sunday’s contest, and national telecast.
After an exhibition with Kutztown at the XL Center on Sunday, November 7th at 1pm, UConn officially kicks off the regular season on Thursday, November 10th at 7pm at the Gamper Pavilion against Northeastern. The Big East’s play will begin on Friday, December 2, at his pavilion in Gamper at 7 p.m. against Providence, and the regular season will end with a senior night where he will face Xavier at the Storrs on Monday, February 27.
SNY will air 18 Huskies games, including the opening game against the Northeastern and 16 against the Big East. FOX will air three of his games. Saturday 18th February at Villanova. Monday, Nov. 14 vs. Gumpel, Texas at his pavilion, Sunday, Nov. 20 vs. North Carolina State University XL Center.
CBS Sports Network will host a contest against Villanova and a senior night against Xavier on Sunday, January 29 at the XL Center. UConn’s showdown with Notre Dame on Sunday, December 4th will take place on ABC, with at least two more — Friday, November 25th vs. Duke Phil Knight Legacy Tournament and Sunday’s Basketball Hall of Fame Showcase vs. Florida at Mohegan Sun It’s a state university. , Dec. 18 — Also joining the ESPN family of networks. UConn plays most games midweek or on Sundays. The schedule includes 2 games on Monday, 2 games on Tuesday, 6 games on Wednesday, 5 games on Thursday, 2 games on Friday, 5 games on Saturday and a whopping 10 games on Sunday.
The Big East Tournament will take place March 3-6 at the Mohegan Sun Arena.
