UNC Women’s Basketball adds Jessika Carrington to staff

The UNC Women’s Basketball Program has announced the addition of Jessica Carrington to its staff for the 2022-2023 season.

The Courtney Bangart and UNC Women’s Basketball Program will be joined by new staff for the 2022-2023 season.

On Tuesday, the program announced that Jessica Carrington was hired to lead the women’s basketball program. She was also tabbed to act as an assistant to the athletic director.

Carrington has a wealth of experience coming to Chapel Hill as she has spent each of the last nine seasons working on women’s basketball at the Pac-12 conference.

Her recent experience was at the University of Arizona, where she spent the last five seasons as the Operations Director of the program.

Based on her statement, Carrington looks as excited as embarking on her new journey in the UNC Women’s Basketball Program.
